Depending on the level of DD you’re main cost will be diapers, we recommend using a mix of medical and ABDL diapers to keep the cost down.
When wearing your partner will need 3-4 diapers a day, in the daytime use medical diapers with thicker ABDL diapers in the evening to do them through the night. With this mix your diaper cost will be about $5 a day so for partners under regular DD expect to spend around $75 a month increasing to $150 for 24/7 users.
Cutting a few take outs per month can easily pay for DD and the benefits for your relationship are far greater.
Other costs such as wipes, diaper disposal bags, powder and rash cream as low so all in you’ll be spending $100-$200 a month depending on your DD level.
Setup costs for a few plain and ABDL onesies, plastic pants, changing mat and other accessories like an adult baby bottle and pacifier will cost about $200 but you can save a lot here if required.
Another way to save if finances are tight is the use of cloth diapers but the setup cost is higher. This is really only recommended if you’re planning on making your partner wear 24/7 and does have the downside of creating a lot of extra washing. Dirty diapers are also more troublesome with cloth diapers.
