Being subjected to Diaper Discipline won't always be fun. There will be times you want to take off your diaper and end DD but by staying committed you'll enjoy wide ranging and long lasting benefits.
Carrying out Diaper Discipline can be hard work, involve some yuck factor and require planning. But by committing as a mummy / daddy to your new little boy or girl you'll benefit greatly, get enjoyment out of it and help them live a better life too.
Diapers are the critical part of DD and the below rule options show different frequencies you can use.
Weekends Only
Your partner will wear diapers from Friday after work until Monday morning.
Bedwetter (every night)
Your partner will be put in diapers before bed every night and changed out in the morning.
Regular Diapers
Your partner will wear for at least 50% of each week. This should include at least 3 days of consecutive 24/7 wearing.
Common pattern for implementation is weekend + Monday 24/7 and then every night in diapers.
24/7 when together or at home
Your partner will wear diapers all the time when at home or out in public with you. Only exceptions are when working, meeting friends or time with family.
24/7 diapers but pull ups for work/friends
Your partner will wear diapers all the time when at home or out in public with you. Pull ups must be worn when working, meeting friends or time with family. Underwear can be thrown away.
24/7 diapers
Your partner will wear diapers all the time, no exceptions.
Underwear must be thrown away.
Diapers are made to be used and going strict here is highly recommended.
Pee Only
When in diapers your partner must use them for peeing.
Pee + 1 toilet entry per day
When in diapers your partner must use them for peeing. Once a day at a time of your choosing they may use the toilet for a #2, at any other time they must use their diaper.
No toilet at home
When in diapers at home your partner can't use the toilet at all. Diapers are used for wetting and messing. In public diapers are only used for peeing.
No toilet at home and in public
When in diapers when at home or out in public with you partner can't use the toilet at all. Diapers are used for wetting and messing.
If wearing pull ups or diapers when working, meeting friends or time with family they must be used for peeing.
Potty ban
When in diapers your partner is banned from using a toilet.
The use of pull ups is no longer permitted.
Enforced Incontinence
Alongside their potty ban they'll have to drink a large glass of cranberry juice (a natural + safe diuretic) twice a day and be randomly fed a laxative 3 times per week.
Being forced to use diapers is humiliating but you can step things up further by causing them to lose control entirely.
(Multiple selection allowed)
3 litres of water a day
It wont cause a loss of control but your partner will be peeing a lot. Soon they'll learn to give up holding when in diapers.
Fibre loading
Give your partner the maximum dosage of fibre supplement each day. This will increase the size and frequency of their BMs.
This normally takes the form of a powder dissolved into water and is safe to use long term.
Weekly Suppositories
Once a week use a suppository on your partner to ensure a well-filled diaper within 30 minutes.
An alternative to suppositories is a fleet enema which act even faster (5-10 mins).
Surprise Laxatives
Twice a week add a laxative to your partners meal or drink. Dulcolax / senna tablets work well or adding a health dose of Milk of Magnesia to a bottle of milk before bedtime.
Your partner will most likely mess multiple times in the 6-12 hours following.
Diaper Training / Unpotty Training
If you want your partner to really need diapers in the long term this is the answer.
It's a long road and requires their buy in to lose control through actively trying not to hold urine or bm's when the need arises.
This area is where your involvement in your partners DD can ramp up. We recommend going as high as practical for your lifestyle. In all cases you can choose to change them if you wish even if they are allowed to self-change.
Changing Freedom
Your partner can decide when they need to be changed and change themselves up to 4 times a day.
Ask to be checked
When you're around your partner cannot change themselves without permission. You should check their diapers regularly but they can ask to be checked if they're worried about leaking.
Permission Required
You must give permission for them to change their diaper. If you're physically apart they must message you to ask (preferably by sending a picture) and can do so in person if worried about leaks.
No change requests in person
When you're around your partner can't ask be checked or changed. You should check them regularly and you changing their diapers should be the default.
Leaks will happen so adding plastic pants and waterproof mattress covers is a good idea.
When physically apart they must message you to ask with permission only given for full diapers.
No self changes in person
When together (at home or in public) they cannot request a check or change their own diaper.
You must be willing to start changing messy diapers which before they had to deal with themselves.
Punishments in the context of Diaper Discipline are both for maintenance, so given without a specific cause but to assert your dominant position, and as a reprimand for rule breaking or bad behaviour.
Good Baby
Your partner will receive one maintenance punishment per week.
Keep them in line
Your partner will receive two maintenance punishments per week.
Bad Baby
You feel the need to clear assert your position of control by giving your partner two maintenance punishments and one rule breaking punishment per week.
Strict Parent
Alongside two maintenance punishments per week any minor infraction such as talking back, not doing a chore on time will result in a rule breaking punishment.
This wont be fun
Your partners two maintenance punishment per week should be upgraded to rule breaking punishments.
Any rule breaking results in a serious punishment.
Who wears diapers? Babies. As such Diaper Discipline should involve elements of babying your partner. Each couple has a different appetite for baby elements but at a minimum include the basics.
(Multiple selection allowed & recommended)
Bottles at bedtime
Any drinks at bedtime will now be given in an adult sized baby bottle.
We suggest enforcing that one whole bottle is drank before bed with another ready for overnight. Helps ensure your baby will wake up wet.
Drinking from the bottle
At home all drinks will now be given in an adult sized baby bottle. Sippy cups are allowed as a substitute for non-bedtime drinks.
Pacifiers
At home your partner should have a pacifier nearby at all times with usage enforced during diaper changes and watching tv/movies.
Bibs
When eating at home your partner must wear a bib, they can still feed themselves.
Here comes the train
At least one meal a day must be fed to your partner while they wear a bib. Make sure they open wide for your plane/car/train.
Baby Food
At least one meal a day must be baby food (or blended adult food) and fed to your partner while they wear a bib.
ABDL themed onesies & pjs
Make them wear baby themed onesies & pjs when at home.
ABDL themed clothes
Buy ABDL shortalls or dresses which can be used when dressing up at home or even in public if you're feeling adventurous.
Plushies & Toys
Make sure your baby has their bear or plushy nearby at all times. And add other baby toys for daytime entertainment.
Crawling Only
Babies don't walk so have your partner use their hands and feet to move around your home.
Baby Talk
When getting changed, drinking from a bottle or being fed food they can only use baby talk (no fully formed words/sentences)
Baby Day
One day a week your partner is regressed to being a baby.
No toilet privileges, all drinks from a bottle, fed their food, wear abdl clothes, crawling only and no adult words all day.
Picking can be hard, here are some example rule sets based on different strictness that we recommend and have seen to be successful with DD couples:
