Benefits of removing toilet privileges from your partner

Diaper Discipline is a form of domination but is loving in nature and will bring you closer together as a couple.

If your partner already has a diaper fetish it can be incredibly rewarding for them but most people being subjected to DD grow to love it.

For the person carrying out the DD you'll feel more empowered in your relationship, be able to love and baby your significant other and create a stronger relationship bond.

Benefits of Diaper Discipline for the partner in diapers:

Being subjected to Diaper Discipline won't always be fun. There will be times you want to take off your diaper and end DD but by staying committed you'll enjoy wide ranging and long lasting benefits.

  • Feel loved and cared for
Diaper provide many people was a constant security blanket with the attention they get during checks and changes reinforcing the feeling of being loved and cared for like they when they were a small child.
  • Destress from daily life
Being forced to wear and use diapers removes some decisions and responsibilities from your partner which initially can be stressful but quickly turns into a powerful stress reliever.
  • Helps you be your best self
DD will help improve your partners behaviour by providing a framework which consistently reminds them you’re in charge and provides punishments as a deterrent.
  • Enjoy being controlled
Some partners may have asked for DD as they want to give up some control and DD will lead to enjoyment by fufilling this desire. But others without this will over time grow to enjoy the helplessness which comes from giving up some control.
  • Create a strong relationship bond
DD helps create a deeper stronger relationship with your partner. You now share a secret and they rely on you for some of their most basic bodily functions. They will feel cared for and protected while under DD and your love will shine through.
  • Don't worry about going to the toilet
DD in most cases will completely remove this concern for your partner when they’re wearing. They won’t have to worry about using disgusting public restrooms, stop playing games to go for a pee, leave a movie halfway through or worry about wetting the bed. Being able to go whenever you need is liberating and convenient once they get used to it.
  • Freedom for childish fun
DD makes having childest fun acceptable and provides your partner relief from a world where they might have to be grown up and serious all the time. Bottles, pacifiers, being tickled, watching cartoons and more can help your partner relax and enjoy life more openly like a child.

For the partner carrying out Diaper Discipline:

Carrying out Diaper Discipline can be hard work, involve some yuck factor and require planning. But by committing as a mummy / daddy to your new little boy or girl you'll benefit greatly, get enjoyment out of it and help them live a better life too.

  • Take more control in your relationship
DD gives you more control in your relationship by taking away a significant peice of adult responsibility from your partner. You can use this control however you wish, from making the do more chores to changing some of their negative behaviour.
  • Have someone to care for
Most people have a strong caring instinct that manifests itself when they have children. DD provides a platform where you can engage this caring instinct with your partner. Most partners grow to enjoy and crave the caring part which comes with DD.
  • Improve your partners behaviour
DD provides a powerful framework of dominance and punishments which can be used to improve your partner’s behaviour. Get them doing more housework, stop them talking back, get more attention from them and much more is easily achivable.
  • Get a power kick out of humiliation
The flip side to the caring nature of DD is the humiliation you can force opon your partner. Seeing them fill their diaper and teasing them about it can be fun. You can also up the anti through forced usage in public and more.
  • Create a strong relationship bond
DD helps create a deeper stronger relationship with your partner. You now share a secret and you rely on them for some of their most basic bodily functions. You will feel cared for and protected while under DD.
  • Don't worry about them cheating
Once your partner is subject to DD (and especially if they agreed to it because they were ABDL) the chances of them ever cheating on you become tiny. You provide for one of their most basic needs and know about them wearing and using diapers, they not going to risk that getting out by disrespecting you with another person. In a small survey couples using DD reported breakup/divorce rates 3x lower than the normal population.
  • Freedom for childish fun
They get to act more childish at times and that can be fun for you too! Enjoy playing with them more and sharing laughs doing activities you bot loved as children.

Rules for successful Diaper Discipline

Diaper Discipline can take many forms and the rules below will allow you to build up the perfect DD ruleset for your relationship.

Rules are divided into categories, you should pick at least one per category. Some categories allow multiple rules to be selected.

The cards are colour coded based on their strictness of DD with the number of DD Points earned in a bubble at the top left.

Diaper Wearing

Diapers are the critical part of DD and the below rule options show different frequencies you can use.

Weekends Only
Your partner will wear diapers from Friday after work until Monday morning.

1

Bedwetter (every night)
Your partner will be put in diapers before bed every night and changed out in the morning.

1

Regular Diapers
Your partner will wear for at least 50% of each week. This should include at least 3 days of consecutive 24/7 wearing.

Common pattern for implementation is weekend + Monday 24/7 and then every night in diapers.

3
Recommended

24/7 when together or at home
Your partner will wear diapers all the time when at home or out in public with you. Only exceptions are when working, meeting friends or time with family.

5

24/7 diapers but pull ups for work/friends
Your partner will wear diapers all the time when at home or out in public with you. Pull ups must be worn when working, meeting friends or time with family. Underwear can be thrown away.

7

24/7 diapers
Your partner will wear diapers all the time, no exceptions.
Underwear must be thrown away.

10

Diaper Usage

Diapers are made to be used and going strict here is highly recommended.

Pee Only
When in diapers your partner must use them for peeing.

1

Pee + 1 toilet entry per day
When in diapers your partner must use them for peeing. Once a day at a time of your choosing they may use the toilet for a #2, at any other time they must use their diaper.

2

No toilet at home
When in diapers at home your partner can't use the toilet at all. Diapers are used for wetting and messing. In public diapers are only used for peeing.

Recommended
3

No toilet at home and in public
When in diapers when at home or out in public with you partner can't use the toilet at all. Diapers are used for wetting and messing.

If wearing pull ups or diapers when working, meeting friends or time with family they must be used for peeing.

5

Potty ban
When in diapers your partner is banned from using a toilet.
The use of pull ups is no longer permitted.

7

Enforced Incontinence
Alongside their potty ban they'll have to drink a large glass of cranberry juice (a natural + safe diuretic) twice a day and be randomly fed a laxative 3 times per week.

10

Loss of Control

Being forced to use diapers is humiliating but you can step things up further by causing them to lose control entirely.
(Multiple selection allowed)

3 litres of water a day
It wont cause a loss of control but your partner will be peeing a lot. Soon they'll learn to give up holding when in diapers.

Recommended
1

Fibre loading
Give your partner the maximum dosage of fibre supplement each day. This will increase the size and frequency of their BMs.
This normally takes the form of a powder dissolved into water and is safe to use long term.

Recommended
2

Weekly Suppositories
Once a week use a suppository on your partner to ensure a well-filled diaper within 30 minutes.

An alternative to suppositories is a fleet enema which act even faster (5-10 mins).

Recommended
2

Surprise Laxatives
Twice a week add a laxative to your partners meal or drink. Dulcolax / senna tablets work well or adding a health dose of Milk of Magnesia to a bottle of milk before bedtime.
Your partner will most likely mess multiple times in the 6-12 hours following.

5

Diaper Training / Unpotty Training
If you want your partner to really need diapers in the long term this is the answer.
It's a long road and requires their buy in to lose control through actively trying not to hold urine or bm's when the need arises.

8

Diaper Checks & Changes

This area is where your involvement in your partners DD can ramp up. We recommend going as high as practical for your lifestyle. In all cases you can choose to change them if you wish even if they are allowed to self-change.

Changing Freedom
Your partner can decide when they need to be changed and change themselves up to 4 times a day.

1

Ask to be checked
When you're around your partner cannot change themselves without permission. You should check their diapers regularly but they can ask to be checked if they're worried about leaking.

Recommended
2

Permission Required
You must give permission for them to change their diaper. If you're physically apart they must message you to ask (preferably by sending a picture) and can do so in person if worried about leaks.

3

No change requests in person
When you're around your partner can't ask be checked or changed. You should check them regularly and you changing their diapers should be the default.
Leaks will happen so adding plastic pants and waterproof mattress covers is a good idea.
When physically apart they must message you to ask with permission only given for full diapers.

4

No self changes in person
When together (at home or in public) they cannot request a check or change their own diaper.

You must be willing to start changing messy diapers which before they had to deal with themselves.

8

Punishments

Punishments in the context of Diaper Discipline are both for maintenance, so given without a specific cause but to assert your dominant position, and as a reprimand for rule breaking or bad behaviour.

Good Baby
Your partner will receive one maintenance punishment per week.

1

Keep them in line
Your partner will receive two maintenance punishments per week.

Recommended
2

Bad Baby
You feel the need to clear assert your position of control by giving your partner two maintenance punishments and one rule breaking punishment per week.

4

Strict Parent
Alongside two maintenance punishments per week any minor infraction such as talking back, not doing a chore on time will result in a rule breaking punishment.

5

This wont be fun
Your partners two maintenance punishment per week should be upgraded to rule breaking punishments.

Any rule breaking results in a serious punishment.

9

We suggest enforcing that one whole bottle is drank before bed with another ready for overnight. Helps ensure your baby will wake up wet.
