Over time the level of DD you impose on your partner is likely to change but some couples like to formalise this through automatic means.
Some common options include:
In this approach, you should start on a very high level of DD. 24/7 diapers and a full toilet ban are a must but other elements such as baby food, bottles, etc should be used to make the initial experience unpleasant. A rule list of at least 25 DD points is a good starting place.
Each week 1 point can be removed depending on their behaviour. Good behaviour results in 1 point of DD being removed but with no points for bad behaviour. This shouldn’t include their diaper-wearing frequency. Instead, each month allow 1 day a week to be removed if their behaviour has been good. Bad behaviour in a month should result in an extra day being added (if below 7).
There should also be a base layer they can’t drop below such as 3 days a week.
This strategy is highly effective where positive behaviour adjustment is desired as your partner can within 4-6 months get down to a much easier DD level.
This strategy is helpful where one partner is new to DD but you want to slowly make it a bigger part of your lifestyle.
Start with a low level of DD such as 2 days of diapers per week but add 1 point of DD per week. Let the new partner decide what to add with these points to give them some control.
In addition, each month add 1 day a week of wearing so after 6 months they’ll now be in diapers 24/7. You’ll have also now had to allocate 25 DD points creating a strict DD regime but one they’ve picked out for themselves.
You can set an upper limit which works for your relationship or switch to the first strategy to give them the opportunity to slowly reduce their DD level.
In this final strategy, your partner's DD level will be decided at near random.
Each week first roll a dice to determine their diaper wearing frequency with the number rolled + 1 = days in diapers. So rolling a 3 would equal 4 days diapered.
The second roll determines their diaper usage.
1 = can use the toilet for #2
2-3 = toilet banned at home
4-5 = toilet banned everywhere
6 = loss of control (laxatives + 24/7 diapers)
The third roll should be carried out 5 times and the total of these equals the number of DD points that must be used that week.
Instead of dice, a roulette app can be used to determine the answers.
