This guide is only helpful for partners very new to DD who want a clear structure to follow and covers a work day (9am - 5pm) where you both work from home and a weekend / day off.
Time to wake up and as it's a work day you probably don't want the hassle of dealing with a messy diaper in the daytime. To avoid this you should force them to use their diaper before their morning shower.
Unwrap a suppository from its wrapper and either insert this into their bum or hand it to them to insert themselves. Once inserted you can dose in bed with them for the next hour.
By 8am they'll have messed their diaper but you should continue to cuddle as normal. Light teasing and pats on their bum will be embarrassing for them but appreciated. You should use this time to tell them that you're proud of them for using their diaper and that they're a good boy/girl.
Around 8:30am you should permit them to go for a shower. You can take off their diaper yourself but if you're still not ready for messy diaper changes just let them deal with it.
After they've showered and dried off it's time to diaper them for the day. Make sure to apply powder liberally and a high-capacity medical diaper is a good choice.
Clothing around the house shouldn't completely hide their diaper so if your home is warm just the diaper on their bottom but with work attire on top is fine. Alternatively, if you want a little more discretion pajama bottoms or a onesie are fine.
Set an alarm at 11am to check their diaper. It's unlikely it will need to be changed but it is worth checking to assert your dominance.
Go to them and tell them you need to check their diaper. More details on a good diaper check process are here
Lunchtime. Start with a diaper check and if doesn't look like it will leak imminently have lunch first before changing them into a dry diaper. Again a high-capacity medical diaper is a good choice to keep costs down.
Like 11am set an alarm to check their diaper but a change is unlikely to be required.
At the end of your workday check their diaper again. It might require a change but if it's not completely used hold off until after your evening meal.
Tease them about being a wet baby.
After your evening meal, it's time to get them into their nighttime diaper. This should be a high-capacity and thick ABDL diaper. You should also change them into baby attire at this point such as a onesie/romper or just their diaper and a t-shirt.
Bedtime for your baby. The use of an adult baby bottle with a nighttime drink and a pacifier is highly recommended to calm them before sleep.
If tomorrow is another work day remind them that they need to mess their diapers before 8am or you'll have to use a suppository again.
If possible try a baby day for one of your weekend diaper-wearing days
Have a lie in and wake your baby up later than usual, it's likely by now they'll have a wet diaper that will need changing before their morning shower.
By now they should be showered, dry and ready for you to diaper them. You'll be spending the day out so you can decide if you'd prefer them in a thick diaper that might last the day or a more discrete option that will likely require a change.
Once diapered tell them you're going out for the day and dress them in a plain onesie. This is a good time to remind them that the toilet is still out of bounds in public which might create some fear if they didn't mess their overnight diaper.
Pack a diaper bag containing 1-2 extra diapers, wipes, bags, powder & a portable changing mat. A backpack is perfect and the supplies can be wrapped in a t-shirt to provide extra discretion if a bag search is likey.
You should be on your way to your day out activity, good options include; visiting a zoo or museum, a trip to a city, seeing a movie or day in a theme park.
During your time/visit make sure to regularly mention their diapers such as asking if they're wet or by touching the back of it.
Time to grab some lunch and do a proper diaper check, this might be back at your vehicle or in a disabled restroom. If neither are possible you can ask them if they need a change.
If you've gone with a thinner medical diaper this will likely be required in which case it's time to find a disabled restroom, make sure nobody else needs it before you use it. You can also change them in the back seat of your vehicle if you've parked in a quieter spot. If you're worried about using a disabled restroom or back seats make sure you've put your partner in thick diapers instead.
Time to start finishing up your activity as it's likely your partner is in a very full diaper.
If your partner hasn't messed yet to add a bit of extra excitement tell them you expect them to have a full diaper by the time you get back to the car otherwise they'll be punished.
Arrive back home and it will be time to change your partner's very full diaper. If you're still not doing messy changes make them do it and take a shower.
Time to get them into their nighttime diaper. This should be a high-capacity and thick ABDL diaper. You should also change them into baby attire at this point such as a onesie/romper or just their diaper and a t-shirt.
Enjoy some quality time with your partner making sure to regularly mention they've been a good boy/girl. Check them every hour and tell them you're glad you have them in diapers when you notice they've wet.
